VIA TRIOZZI
Chef and owner Leigh Hutchinson has brought a slice of Italy to Dallas! Via Triozzi was a vision she had 17 years ago while living in Florence while she studied Italian cooking. It’s clear Italy will always hold a special place in her heart & we’re happy she’s sharing a piece with us!
HANDMADE PASTA
Every pasta lover’s dream! It’s all made in-house with flour from Italy in the cutest pasta room with windows looking onto Greenville Ave! They will eventually sell their pasta to the public too!
LOCAL INGREDIENTS
Everything else on the menu is sourced locally which we love! The dishes were fresh and hearty, but not too heavy, which is no small feat for Italian fare! They’re already known for their Fiori di Zucca aka fried squash blossoms, but try them soon as it’s seasonal!

THE SPACE
The dining room is intimate & rustic, giving it true Italian charm. The vaulted ceilings, exposed brick, and checkerboard floors make the space feel cozy yet lively. Chef Leigh collects items each time she goes back to Italy & you’ll notice them around the space, like the flower vases! You’ll also notice framed photos of her family around the restaurant, including of her grandmother who the Cacciatore is named after!
LOUNGE COMING SOON
There’s an upstairs terrazza opening in the next couple of months with a smaller, bite-sized menu (there will be pizza!), cocktails, and a wrap-around patio. Fun fact: They installed an elevator to get up to the space which is the very first, and only, on Greenville Ave!
