THÉA

Inspired by the Greek goddess of light, Théa first blew up in Phoenix and is now making its way to Texas with a massive two-story indoor-outdoor space overlooking the Katy Trail.

The Dallas location is set to be 11,600 square feet and designed by the internationally recognized firm Charles & Co. You can expect a transportive Mediterranean coastal aesthetic with skyline views, indoor and outdoor bars, and a terrace that transitions from a sunny lunch spot to a high-energy evening scene with DJ sets and rosé.

ON THE MENU

While the Phoenix original is a dinner-and-sunset destination, the Dallas outpost will add a brand-new, health-forward Mediterranean lunch experience, featuring:
🧆 Shareable mezze like the “Goddess of All Dips” with whipped ricotta and baba ghanoush.
🍝 House-made pastas like Spaghetti alla Nerano and entrees like chicken souvlaki and lamb chops.
🍹 A signature “Spritz Parade” cocktail flight and one of the country’s most expansive rosé collections.

WHY KNOX STREET

Sam Fox has called Dallas a “second home” and sees the Knox neighborhood as the perfect fit for this concept. The restaurant will be a major part of the district’s transformation, sitting alongside the upcoming Knox Hotel (an Auberge Collection property) and a new half-acre park.

Théa Mediterranean Rooftop will be located at 3333 Knox St. and is expected to open in early 2027, anchoring a new era of elevated rooftop dining along the trail!
