Housing Crisis Center
Housing Crisis Center prevents homelessness and stabilizes those at risk of homelessness in decent, affordable, and permanent housing. Housing Crisis Center also empowers these groups and assists them in managing their future housing issues. Housing Crisis Center’s Homeless Assistance and Prevention program addresses the needs of families in Dallas County who are facing homelessness.
The Homeless Assistance and Prevention program provides housing and utility assistance leading to the prevention of homelessness as well as childcare and transportation assistance to support employment. Each of these services is increasingly timely as COVID-19 continues to take its economic toll on low low-income families in Dallas County
