BUCKET & ROPE
Chef Victor Hugo is a respectable figure in Dallas’ restaurant scene, with years of experience at some of the city’s most beloved spots. After managing Al Biernat’s for five years, consulting for Bistro 31, and running his own Oak Cliff concept from 2014 to 2021, Victor is now focusing on exciting new projects like Bucket & Rope and private chef experiences!
WEEKEND BRUNCH
Brunch, cocktails, and mimosas—just steps from the Farmers Market in the former Green Door Public House space! Every weekend, enjoy an exclusive brunch menu with favorites like Victor’s Chilaquiles and Eggs or the spicy fried chicken crepe topped with maple syrup (which we tried, and loved)!
P.S. Once the weather warms up, enjoy brunch on the patio with stunning views of the skyline.
THE REST OF THE MENU
Open for brunch, lunch, and dinner, the menu features a variety of salads, sandwiches, and unique starters like Duck Taquitos or the “Rope in a Bucket” (crispy calamari). We highly recommend starting with their Brisket Balls, stuffed with spicy risotto and drizzled with raspberry-chipotle sauce!
For mains, don’t miss the Wagyu Beef Roast or Duck & Rope Pasta.
PLANTS AND HERBS FROM RUIBALS
Find herbs like basil and mint in both drinks and dishes sourced from Ruibals Plants just down the street. The bright, airy space is also filled with lush greenery, making for a beautiful dining experience! We’re obsessed with this collab!
LOCATION
Find them at 600 S Harwood Street, open every day but Tuesday!
