DOMODOMO Dallas is officially open at The Quad in Uptown! As their third location, following NYC and Jersey City, we’re excited to welcome this 7-course omakase experience to Dallas!

Unlike its New York and New Jersey locations, which feature a more casual hand roll and sushi bar concept, DOMODOMO kō offers an immersive, 7-course omakase tasting experience for $135 per person. Don’t worry—their popular hand rolls are still on the menu, along with a delicious amuse-bouche, unique wagyu carpaccio, pasta, Granny Smith apple sorbet, and more!
We don’t want to spoil the entire experience, but if you love unique flavors, stunning presentation, and top-quality fish, this spot is a must-try!
DRINKS + WINE PAIRINGS
Upgrade your experience with optional wine pairings ranging from $95 to $185 for the reserve option. We went with a glass of white wine and the Domodachi cocktail—a refreshing mix of vodka, St. Germain, blood orange, and grapefruit.

Head chef Brian Kim and his team use high-quality seasonal ingredients, so the menu will continue to change for a new experience each time you come back!
MODERN & INTIMATE SPACE
We went for the 5:30 dinner seating so the space was bright, light, and airy, however as we left and the sun was going down the space turned much more intimate and dimly lit, so definitely a super romantic spot!
The space only had about 15 tables, so definitely a smaller space, but we loved that you felt a part of other people’s experience and we were able to mingle with other patrons talking about the dishes and each other’s favorites!
LOCATION & RESERVATIONS
Open Tuesday through Saturday from 5pm to 11pm, reservations are now available to be made up to 2 weeks in advance and released at midnight daily!
