If you haven’t been to Fairgrounds in Knox Henderson yet, you need to! We loved the bright space with floor-to-ceiling windows that make it perfect for working or studying, plus a large drink and food menu, perfect for when you need to post up somewhere for the day!

Fairgrounds Coffee

Chicago-based company Fairgrounds was created to give you the same wonder you feel at the fair (hence the name), and we felt just that! This cafe stands out for its coffee expertise and commitment to high-quality, made-to-order food. Both coffee and tea get equal love here, with 6+ diverse roasters and brands showcased through pour-overs, matcha, and seasonal drinks. Plus, they are community-focused and focus on celebrating local flavor, variety, and connection in every cup!

HUGE PATIO

We love a good patio moment for working remotely, especially as the weather starts to crisp up! Fairgrounds has a massive patio facing the busy street, and it’s getting a major revamp with covers, fans, and heaters to make outdoor work comfortable year-round!

THE MENU

Along with creative lattes, teas, and smoothies, they serve wraps, salads, chef-driven breakfast dishes, and pastries from @LaCasitaBakeshop. They also have a grab-and-go market stocked with snacks like parfaits, chia pudding, and fresh fruit, plus kombucha and cold brew on tap. We tried:
