If you’re not familiar with HG, you can find the original location on Lower Greenville, serving healthy, high-quality takes on casual American fare. Now, with their 4th location opening at the fast-growing Alliance Town Center in Ft. Worth, they’re bringing their signature vibe to a whole new crowd! The 8,000-square-foot, two-story restaurant offers an expansive dining area, a second-floor bar, and a multi-level covered patio.
HEALTH-CENTERED MENU
We love that their menu focuses on diverse and healthy options for lunch, weekend brunch, and dinner! Some of our faves are the Campfire K-Bobs and Caesar Salad, but you can’t go wrong with their vegan cashew queso! Choose from a variety of chopped salads, signature, and build-your-own bowls, plus protein-packed plates.
TO SIP ON
Along with beer, wine, and craft cocktails, they also offer fresh-squeezed juices and a variety of mocktail options! Pro tip: the #BeetBetter juice with beet, strawberry, citrus, turbinado, and Topo Chico is a must-try.

THE ATMOSPHERE
The space was designed with both style and sustainability in mind, featuring wood paneling repurposed from HG’s sister concept, Culpepper Cattle Co, giving the interior a warm and inviting vibe! This location is MASSIVE, with high ceilings, bright lighting, and plenty of indoor/outdoor seating—perfect for a quick lunch, group hangout, or a drink before a night out in Ft. Worth!
They also offer flexible spaces for private events and corporate gatherings.
