We’ve been not so patiently waiting and are thrilled to announce that Little Ruby's officially opened its doors this week in Uptown Dallas! The space is stunning, the food just as good as it is beautiful, and here’s everything you need to know.

LITTLE RUBY'S
Hailing from New York City comes Little Ruby’s, the delightful all-day Australian cafe with a locally sourced menu, full coffee program and specialty drinks! Everything is made in house, from the pasta to the salad dressing and they even make their own wine. Little Ruby’s has 5 locations across NYC with the Uptown Dallas location being their first foray outside of New York, so let’s show them a big warm Texas welcome y’all!
The restaurant group is also behind another opening you may be familiar with, Élephante which is opening nearby this spring!
INTENTIONAL DESIGN
A moment for the pink marble floors! Truly no notes, the space is refined and upscale with great big windows, and we love the Texas nod with the cowboy rug art on the far wall. The patio is gorgeous too, there really is no bad seat in the house.
P.S. they are dog friendly both outside and in!
MENU & WHAT WE GOT
We’re a huge fan of all-day cafes because you really can choose your own adventure. We could so envision posting up to work with their homemade banana bread and an iced matcha (ceremonial grade, of course), coming for a late lunch with a glass of their Ruby’s Rose, or even popping by for a weekday happy hour with fries (perfectly crispy) and a hearty cab. The possibilities are endless!
