Founded in 2022 by a mother and her two daughters, La Moderna is a dream brought to life, inspired by their roots in Matehuala, Mexico. With the help of the kids, nieces, and extended family, they’ve created a warm, welcoming spot where every meal feels like home.

From hearty bowls of menudo to perfectly crispy chilaquiles, huevos rancheros, barbacoa, and their famous fajitas that sell out fast, every dish is made with love and tradition.
And don’t forget to pair your meal with one of their housemade aguas frescas, featuring rotating flavors like jamaica, pineapple, lemonade, and horchata for a refreshing touch!
