LONCHES LOS GINOS
Lonches are a staple of Northern Mexican cuisine… think of them like tortas, but made with softer, French-style bread that’s perfectly fluffy and toasted. Each one is layered with meats, avo, cabbage, mayo, tomato, and salsas for the most delicious bite. Plus, they also serve tacos, gorditas, burritos, molletes, aguas frescas, and even burgers!
We tried the carnitas tacos and adobada lonche and loved the grilled onions on the side… such a nice touch!! And the bread was perfection!
WHAT TO TRY
🥪 Adobada Lonche: marinated pork and soft bread with bold flavors
🌮 Carnitas Tacos: fresh, juicy, and served with grilled onions
🥙 Gorditas de Harina: fluffy flour gorditas with traditional fillings
🥤 Aguas Frescas: rotating, refreshing flavors made in-house
A TASTE OF TORREÓN IN DFW
Lonches Los Ginos is 100% Laguneros-owned and proudly repping their roots in La Laguna. Owner Elizaeth Colmenero and her family have been bringing a piece of Torreón to Dallas since 2016, baking their signature bread from scratch daily using a recipe passed down by her father.
