LA VEGANERIA
La Veganeria opened last summer and has gained a cult following ever since. The founders of this ghost kitchen want to share their culture through authentic Mexican food and dishes you wouldn’t find easily in touristy areas in Mexico. Their mission is to make eating Vegan fun, not plain and boring!
THE MENU
Find a wide variety of dishes on their menu, including breakfast like the waffle sandwich made with sausage, egg, cheddar and strawberry preserves. Our favorites were the tacos and the burger…they were so hard to tell apart from their non-vegan counterparts! They pride themselves on a scratch-made menu, including their salsas and habanero dip, so don’t forget to add some spice to your meal!
