LE PASSAGE

Situated right off the Katy Trail in The Terminal, this stunning restaurant is designed by renowned architect Michael Hsu, where the interior and exterior have two different vibes. While the inside is moody and romantic, their brunch will take place on the patio, which is super airy with green and white striped seating, checkered flooring, and bamboo light fixtures creating a coastal Italian feel!

MADE IN-HOUSE AND LOCALLY SOURCED

Everything is made in-house, including the burger buns, and they even have a pastry chef on staff who makes all of the pastries, like the Soufflé Pancakes which take about 20 minutes to make, but are well worth the wait!

Plus, they source their bagels from Lubbies Bagels in East Dallas!

 

TRANSPARENT MENU

We love when restaurants describe if dishes are vegan or gluten-free for people with allergies! They also have milk alternatives and syrups to make your perfect latte!

 

WHAT WE TRIED

Everything truly tasted so fresh and light, and the Japanese Souffle Pancakes were a must-order. They are perfectly fluffy and come with a creamy housemade matcha sabayon that is poured on top! We also tried:
