From pop-ups throughout the city to a permanent spot in Bishop Arts, woman-owned Me Enloteces is having a moment! The iconic pink stand is hard to miss, but even harder to forget with a pink-themed menu and a variety of elote including ramen and flamin' hot!

ME ENLOTECES
Local owner Aidee Del Villar chose the pink theme because it’s not only her favorite color, but also aligns with her mission of empowering other women! After losing her original brick-and-mortar store during COVID-19, Me Enloteces is back and better than ever at their new home in Camp Bishop alongside other food stands (which is also a must-visit!)
THE MENU
While the main theme of the menu is elote, customers can also enjoy sweeter drinks and treats like the Frozitas and Cremozitas, ideal for a hot summer day! They also offer aguas frescas filled with fresh fruit and loaded up with chamoy!
The star of the show has to be all of the elote dishes like the Flamin Hot Elote on a Cob, Ramen Elote, and Loaded Elote Trays to name a few!
