MIMI'S NEEDLEPOINT
Founded by cousins Amelia and Madeline (a *pair* of cousins, hence the pear logo), the shop was born from a shared nickname and shared love of needlepoint! They make the craft feel fresh, fun, and approachable, and you can really feel that passion when talking to them!
Mimi’s carries tons of canvases for everyone from total beginners (aka, us) to seasoned stitchers, plus an in-house canvas line that perfectly shows off their Southern sass and personality!
STOP AND STITCH
The space itself is just as charming as the concept, with stunning wallpaper they hung themselves and a gorgeous seating area where you can stitch after you shop. They’ll eventually host classes where you can learn, stitch and meet new people, making it the kind of place you stop in and accidentally stay a while.
