MISS PASTA

Led by Naples natives Giuliano Matarese and his wife Tiziana Cosentino, Miss Pasta is bringing all the pasta to DFW. Giuliano, who learned to cook via his grandmother’s eateries in Naples, has works in renowned East Coast kitchens like Aureole New York and cooked on competitions like Chopped and Beat Bobby Flay.

SEMI-CASUAL & ACCESSIBLE

Inspired by the rustic osterias in Rome and the traditional recipes passed down by family, Miss Pasta offers a semi-fast casual dining experience, making authentic Italian cuisine accessible. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s everything delicious, which is a nice change from the high-end restaurants that Dallas loves.

THE 14 PASTAS

From classic favorites like carbonara and gnocchi al pesto to regional specialties like Creste Di Gallo Broccoli E Salsiccia, there are 14 total pastas to choose from! And they’re all under $20.

SOME THINGS TO KNOW

🍷 Miss Pasta has teamed up with Fattoria Svetoni, a winery in Tuscany from which you’ll find all the wines served at the restaurant.

🍰 You can’t miss their homemade tiramisu…it left us speechless!!

👨‍🍳 They also offer their homemade pasta and sauces for purchase so you can recreate their dishes at home!=

🎈 They also offer catering services for corporate lunches or parties that can be booked by emailing info@therealmisspasta.com!

HOURS

Miss Pasta is open Monday through Saturday from 11am to 9pm and also available via DoorDash, Toast, Grubhub, and Uber Eats!
