With a few gluten-free members on our team, we’re always looking for more gluten-free options in the metroplex. Pinch of Salt Pastries recently opened a storefront in Grapevine and we were blown away by the quality and options!

PINCH OF SALT PASTRIES
After two years into baking, the mastermind behind Pinch of Salt, Abby Dumont, grew passionate about healthy eating and special diets. She connected with local coffee shops in Grapevine that needed more nourishing, gluten-free pastries and began selling her treats at local spots like Summer Moon. She started gaining a cult following and has now opened a place of her own!
THE SPACE
Designed by Mana Collected, the bakery features light pink hues, cozy couches and chairs, bright lighting, and whimsical decor that makes it a great spot to work remotely or to catch up with friends!
THE MENU
Pinch of Salt prides itself on having a diverse menu of 100% gluten-free and wheat-free pastries and extends to options like dairy-free, soy-free, paleo, and nut-sensitive treats. Find cinnamon rolls, cupcakes, donuts, cookies, muffins, coffee cakes, and more! Their sausage and cheddar brioche are a must-try… they are the real deal and taste just like their gluten counterpart! Plus, there’s also an adorable coffee bar serving Love Local Coffee, the perfect pairing with your gluten-free treats! ☕
Note: While the kitchen doesn’t use peanuts, it’s important to know that it is not nut-free.
