Renowned for her appearances on Top Chef and Triple Threat on the Food Network, celeb chef Tiffany Derry has launched her latest venture in DFW in Farmers Branch…Radici Wood-Fired Grill! We’ve been eagerly waiting for its opening and were so impressed with our dinner experience last week!

RADICI WOOD FIRED GRILL

Located in Farmers Branch, Radici Wood Fired Grill marks Tiffany Derry and her business partner Tom Foley’s third restaurant and their first Italian concept! You can find Radici adjacent to their James Beard-recognized restaurant, Roots Southern Table. Although she’s been super successful in Southern cuisine, Derry’s professional culinary journey began in Italian kitchens, making Radici a full-circle moment!

THE MENU

The restaurant revolves around a wood-fired grill that’s used to prepare everything, from the Coniglio alla Gricia and the whole Branzino to the focaccia. Plus, they have a seasonally rotating pasta menu featuring fresh, handmade options!

While Radici celebrates several Italian regions, North Italian cuisine is a strong influence, including dishes like amatriciana and suppli!

DETAILS

Radici is open Wednesday through Thursday from 5:30pm to 9:30pm, Friday and Saturday from 5pm to 10:30pm, and Sunday from 5pm to 9pm at 12990 Bee St. in Farmers Branch! Reservations are recommended!
