You’ve probably heard of or passed by Rose Café on a walk or run, but it’s much more than just a stop for coffee and breakfast! It’s one of the only spots where you can grab a fresh, nourishing meal any time of day sitting right along the Katy Trail.
Updated May 2025
Rose Café
Open from 8am to 9pm, Rose Café serves a full menu all day long, with coffee, wine, and cocktails available throughout. Inspired by the chef’s childhood, the Asian-influenced dishes are naturally gluten-friendly, with easy vegan swaps, too. We tried:
🍢 Cambodian Lemongrass Skewers
🍜 Peasant & Coconut Noodle Bowls
🍤 Shrimp Summer Roll
🫔 Fried Vietnamese Spring Rolls
TRAIL-SIDE PATIO
Of course the space is beautiful with lots of greenery, soft pink accents, and a calm, open-air vibe that feels like a hidden retreat! The patio overlooks the Katy Trail, making it perfect for post-walk hangs, morning coffee, or a laid-back dinner outdoors.
COCKTAILS & SPRITZES
The drink menu leans into the Asian inspiration with sake, Japanese beers, and playful cocktails. The Rose Paloma is the chef’s favorite, but we also loved the Mr. Chow, a refreshing lunchtime spritz made with matcha, yuzu, prosecco, and Topo.
LUNCH ON THE LE PASSAGE PATIO
PSA: you can now book reservations for Rose Café, as they are officially expanding weekday lunch to the @LePassageDallas patio, so even more people can enjoy the stunning trail views over a delicious and refreshing meal!
