Previously exclusive to hotel guests, Leonie at Hotel Swexan has officially opened its doors to all for nightly dinner reservations (and trust us, it’s a must-visit)!

Located on the 20th floor of Hotel Swexan, this Italian-inspired rooftop restaurant offers panoramic skyline views, house-made pizzas and pastas, a glowing ambiance, and an unreal dining experience!
WHAT WE TRIED
The pizza oven takes center stage, serving fresh-baked bread and pizzas, like the pistachio and hot honey, for the perfect amount of kick. To start, we went with the focaccia and HWD beef meatballs, also tried the 10oz NY Strip, and orecchiette pasta.
We had to see what their signature cocktails are all about, like Sicilian Spritz and Basil of the Sun, but if you love a strong martini, try the Verdi’Tini with olive oil gin, pepper-stuffed olives, and a pepper rim!

You may have heard of their 5-course Taste of Leonie experience (still available!), but now you can also book a table and order from the full à la carte menu via OpenTable. We recommend going at golden hour to watch the sun set over the skyline, then staying for the downtown lights.
