Eddie's Tex Mex

Eddie and his wife had no intentions of opening a new concept but when he drove by the vacant spot nestled between Son of a Butcher and Steel City Pops in the former Tacos Mariachi space, he knew he had to serve the people of Lower Greenville! And the outcome is an E-Bar spinoff with similar menu items but in a more casual spot with day time energy!

The Space

Just walk by the colorful patio once and you’ll be dying to join the fun! The string lights, bright colored chairs, and walk up bar create a lively atmosphere whether it’s day or night. The inside is nothing too crazy but does have small tables, tv’s, and an oversized bar.

The Menu

The recipes follow E-Bar’s as they are old family recipes that have been passed down for years. You’ll still find the famous “E Bar Queso”, breakfast all day, tacos, enchiladas, stuffed jalapeños, and fajitas. And yes, you can sip on the Meltdown Margarita here, too! You can also enjoy items exclusive to Eddie’s like homemade corn tortillas and deep fried tacos.
