New restaurant alert! We finally visited the Operators Club downtown after seeing videos of their pasta zeppelins and unique drinks, and had the best time! It’s a super cool space with fun vibes and it’s the perfect spot to watch the game or before an event at the American Airlines Center!

THE OPERATORS CLUB
Nestled in the west end district of downtown and walking distance from Victory Park, The Operators Club is an industrial space with TVs galore, tons of bar seating and table seating, and a fun menu! It’s a laid back vibe perfect for a night out with friends to catch a game or when you need a bite before or after an event at the American Airlines Center!
THE FOOD
Enjoy a diverse menu filled with share apps, handhelds, and the iconic pasta zeppelin and massive mozzarella stick! The food is a little more elevated than typical bar food so it’s perfect for those who want a casual environment with good food!
We tried:

💚 Kung Pao Brussel sprouts (a table fav!!)
🍔 Mac and cheese burger
🥖 Pasta Zeppelin with fettuccini Alfredo aka pasta inside a baguette!
🐟 Miso salmon
🥩 Wagyu sliders
🍨 Cinnamon roll with Lavender ice cream
THE DRINKS
Come for the vibes and food, stay for the drinks! We were super impressed with the cocktails and will definitely be back for drinks before a night out!
We ordered:
🍹 Miller High Life spritz, one with aperol and one with lemon (a spritz with a mini miller high life!!)
☕️ Espresso martini
🍸 Haute star passionfruit martini
Overall, the space is super cool and is a fun place with tons of tvs for a casual evening watching the game or before heading to the AAC!
