We are officially 1 month into the new year! After dry January ends, we typically lose a little steam on the healthy choice front. But with the amazing food and vibes at The Well, it’s easy to stay on track and enjoy all it has to offer time and time again!

The Well is a newer health-focused restaurant with options for people with special diets, allergies, or simply looking to eat well. The Nova Hospitality Group saw there was a need for a chic, health conscious restaurant and poof, The Well was born!
WHAT SETS THEM APART
The Well is not only just a health-focused concept, but they truly take it to the next level. Their kitchen is completely gluten free, soy free, refined sugar free, featuring all non-GMO dishes. Plus, they only cook with avocado, coconut and olive oil! Or if you are in a hurry, grab and go for fresh juices, drinks and bottles of wine!
We stopped in for lunch, but the brunch menu featuring avocado toast, breakfast tacos, and a sweet potato hash bowl is calling our name! For lunch or dinner, you must try the guacamole infused with citrus strawberry tang and spicy jalapeño! The vegan Caesar (add any protein) had incredible flavors and the steak tacos on homemade cassava tortillas were phenomenal. We are already planning our next stop in to try the ceviche and the butternut squash bowl with salmon!
Heated patio during the winter, shaded patio during the summer, comfortable couch seating, large rounded booths, high tops, urban bar seating - every inch of this place is perfectly curated for a comfy, cozy, vibey dining experience! You will find people gathered for lunch meetings, people working on their laptops, and friends catching a quick bite to eat! The multi-faceted space invites all!
