UNIVERSAL STUDIOS FRISCO
Frisco is getting a 100-acre Universal Studios theme park and will be located right off the Dallas North Tollway & Panther Creek Road.

According to the Dallas News article, the park will be designed “to appeal to families with immersive experiences making it a one- to two-day destination.” A 300-room hotel will also be a part of the project.
The park itself will be smaller than its sister spots in Orlando and LA, but will also be the first of many projects planned. Retail and restaurants will also be included.
Universal Studios has four years to complete the project.
