ENNIS
Ennis is home to the “Official Texas Bluebonnet Trail” where you can drive through over 40 miles of bluebonnet scenery! And one weekend in April, there’s even a festival with vendors, live music, and more!
THE HILL COUNTRY
If you’re heading out to Fredericksburg, New Braunfels or the surrounding areas, get your cameras ready! Wild Seed Farms, LBJ State Park, HWY 281 in Marble Falls, Willow City Loop, Llano, Brenham, Muleshoe Bend Recreation Area in Spicewood, Burnet and Blanco State Park are just a few spots to catch the flowers.
FORT WORTH
Head to the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens, Tandy Hills Natural Area or the Fort Worth Nature Center to see bluebonnets!
AUSTIN
If in the Austin area, stop by the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center!

George W Bush Presidential Library at SMU
The 15-acre native Texas park surrounding the library is covered in bluebonnets during the spring!
Bluebonnet Trail Greenbelt in Plano
This trail runs through the center of Plano and connects to Carpenter Park's Preston Ridge Trail.
Mt Zion Cemetery in Frisco
This bluebonnet hot spot sits on a hill and makes for a great place to take photos.
Cedar Hill
While at the park hiking, camping, or just exploring, enjoy the bluebonnets that pop up throughout the park.
