ASIAN-STYLE & BINGSU

Asian-style shaved ice offers a refreshing twist with light, fluffy textures and bold flavors! Korean bingsu is a standout, made with shaved milk and topped with goodies like mochi, fruit, and sweet red beans. You’ll also find other styles inspired by Taiwanese and fusion desserts, featuring taro, jellies, and creamy drizzles. These treats are perfect when you’re craving something cool, colorful, and a little outside the ordinary!

HAWAIIAN SHAVED ICE

This style is all about soft, fine ice that melts in your mouth and tropical vibes all the way through. Hawaiian shave ice is usually topped with fruity syrups like guava, pineapple, or passion fruit, and sometimes comes with extras like a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a creamy condensed milk drizzle. It’s lighter than a snow cone and a little more decadent, perfect when you’re craving a beachy treat in the middle of the city.

ITALIAN ICE

Italian ice is smooth, scoopable, and packed with fruity flavor. It’s made without dairy and has more of a slushy or sorbet-like texture than your typical snow cone. You don’t crunch this one—you savor it with a spoon. If you love bold fruit flavors and want something that’s a little more refreshing than sweet, this one’s for you!

NEW ORLEANS SNOBALLS

Snoballs are a Southern classic, and they’re known for their ultra-fine, fluffy texture that soaks up syrup like a sponge. The flavor options are endless, and some spots even stuff them with extras like cheesecake filling, soft serve, or custard. These are big, bold, and seriously satisfying—especially if you like your snow cones with a little extra flair.
