Calling all ramen lovers– this might be the most unique way to enjoy instant ramen in DFW! The Ramyun Library in Carrollton is a one-of-a-kind spot where the shelves aren’t lined with books, but instead, over 30 flavors of Korean instant noodles waiting to be customized, cooked, and enjoyed!

RAMYUN LIBRARY
Walk in and place your order on their self-ordering kiosks where you’ll see their lineup of soup-based and stir-fry ramyuns. Then, customize it with toppings of your choice like egg, sausage, jalapeños, dried kelp, dumplings, mushrooms, and more before watching the specialty LAZO machines cook your noodles right in front of you! The process is super interactive, and the staff is there to guide you every step of the way.
WHAT TO TRY
🔥 Kimchi Noodle Soup: A classic with the perfect kick!
🌶 Buldak Stir-Fry Cream Carbonara: For those who love a spicy challenge (4/5 heat level)
🍄 Shin Mushroom & Fried Tofu Ramyun: Rich, peppery, and umami-packed
MORE THAN JUST NOODLES
Pair your bowl with their must-try sides like tuna mayo kimbap, fried fish cakes, dumplings, and kimchi. And don’t skip the drinks including Pineapple Passionfruit or Hibiscus Lemonade, and nostalgic options like banana, strawberry, and melon milk!
P.S. Next time we want to try the cinnamon hodduk– a crispy, flaky, gooey Korean pancake that looks insane!
PHOTO BOOTH
While you’re waiting for your order to be ready for you to prepare, step inside their adorable photo booth and snap some cute memories while you wait! We think it was around $8 for 2 strips!
