Daisuke, Waya's owner, brings a deep-rooted love of ramen all the way from Tokyo to Lakewood! Born and raised trying ramen all across Japan he has cultivated an elite palate! Waya takes traditional Japanese ramen and elevates it with a touch of Texas!
ITALIAN RAMEN
Now for the star of the show… the tomato ramen! Daisuke insisted that we try their famous Italian ramen and WOW! The fusion of traditional Japanese ramen and Italian flavors was insanely good. With a flavorful broth, homemade noodles, cherry tomatoes, spinach, pesto, and parmesan cheese we can fully admit this is the best ramen we've had in a long time!
