Dallas hidden gem, Ten Ramen, recently launched their summer menu here for a limited time! This is one of our favorite ramen spots in the city, that totally transports you as soon as you walk in the doors!

TEN RAMEN
Ten Ramen is the fast-casual ramen concept from the beloved Tei An’s chef-owner Teiichii Sakurai. If you aren’t familiar with Tei-An, it is low-key one of the best Japanese cuisine experiences in this city so it’s not a surprise that his ramen shop is just as hidden, and in this case under a stairwell!
On one end of Ten Ramen, find the menu written out chalkboard style and on the other end, find the “Ten” Rules like “slurp your noodles.”
SUMMER ITEMS
They recently launched a summer menu full of unique and refreshing items, full of flavor and definitely easy on the eyes!
🌭 Hapa Dog
🫛 Spicy Garlic Edamame
🐔 Fried Chicken Sando
🥗 Cucumber Salad
🥩 Grilled Baby Back Chamoy Ribs
🍜 Miso Buffalo Yakitori
🍗 Chicken Donburi
THE MENU
There’s also dry ramen, rice bowls, and weekly specials written up on the board. It’s a pretty small and no-frills menu, but the food itself will blow you away!
We tried the brothless Maze-men ramen, since it was almost 100° outside, and it was just as flavorful and delicious! The Buta-Soboro rice bowl was also one of our favorites! 🤤
THE SPACE
The restaurant might be the smallest in Dallas but it’s mighty! There’s only one counter and it’s standing room only, fitting about 12-15 people at a given time, but there’s also a patio counter! The space is dimly lit, filled with Japanese decorations, and gives off an underground feel like you just walked through a portal and into an alley in Tokyo!
They're also now available on Doordash and UberEats if standing isn’t your thing!
