Pro Tip: We highly recommend calling in advance or checking with each individual farm's website/social media pages on when their picking season is starting and what days they’re open to the public!

ALFORD FAMILY FARM
Strawberry picking season is now open, grape picking in August, and blackberry and blueberry picking early June! Plus there’s a country store with fresh jellies, jams, honey and fresh produce too!

BLUEBERRY HILL FARMS
Fill your bucket with blueberries and blackberries starting Memorial Day weekend through July! This family-owned farm has been around for decades, and even has a country store with honey and more delicious farm goods!

DEMASES FARM
Strawberry picking is offered on select days during April and May and find additional vendors on some Saturdays! They also offer yellow and zucchini squash, carrots, and more at their product stand.

GREER FARM
Make a day trip out to Daingerfield to pick blueberries, blackberries, figs and plums, hoping to start the picking season June 1st. Plus, the farm offers meats, jeans and sauces, honey, eggs and more! They also offer cabin rentals during summer months.

Find a farm market store with a variety of fresh produce, BBQ, homemade fudge and more. Although the peaches are picked for you, you can pick your own blackberries. Don’t skip the peach and strawberry ice cream while you’re there!
