Did you know they also offer cooking classes? You can learn how to make almost anything from empanadas & pierogis to chocolate truffles & French macarons! If you can think of it, there is probably a class available! Each class is taught by Central Market's cooking school instructors.

Learn to make pizza like Dino! Experience a pizza making class with the Master Pizzaiolo at Partenope! Classes include 60 minutes of teaching of the secrets and techniques of Neapolitan pizza. This class is ideal for parties of 4-6 looking for a private class. If you’re like most people on the planet, you can’t get enough cheese! Scardello’s classes are a great option for a cheese-loving (or wine-loving) group of any size. They offer in-person & virtual classes throughout the month, including French Cheese and Wine, Insane Cheese Pairings, Brews and Cheese & more!

THE COOKERY

Your experience at The Cookery begins with complimentary bites and a drink, and ends with a three-course family-style dinner! The Cookery tries to use locally-sourced, organic ingredients whenever possible and places an emphasis on international, regional, and seasonal cuisine. The entire experience typically lasts around three hours. You can sign up on your own, with friends, or book a private event!
