Coupes is a stunning champagne bar at The Shops at Highland Park with an immaculate atmosphere, channeling French vibes with a Texan flair. The space is luxurious with plush seating, sophisticated accents, and a circular bar that even looks like a coupe glass! They have a variety of champagne, sparkling wine, small bites, and now… brunch!
SUNDAY BRUNCH
Texas meets France on the brunch menu with dishes like Crab Croquettes, Okra, Fried Catfish & Grits, and a Vegetable Strata. We highly recommend starting with the Fizzy Fruit Bowl and ending with the Bananas Foster. Each dish pairs perfectly with champagne!
DRINKS
Aside from Champagne and Sparkling wine by the glass or bottle, you can also sip on specialty and nonalcoholic cocktails as well as a variety of Bellini's, we recommend doing the flight!
