Saddle up because AT&T Discovery District’s newest addition is taking over! From restaurateur Jack Gibbons, Cowboy Chow is an ode to all things Texas! From the mouthwatering Western-inspired menu to the cocktails and the space, this new spot gives all the cowboy vibes! The space feels rustic with metallic accents and of course garage doors! You can grab a seat at the massive bar or head out to the patio and grab a picnic table, perfect for large groups!
MENU
The menu at Cowboy Chow pulls inspiration from several Western regions including Texas, New Mexico, Montana, and Mexico! It puts an elevated twist on the clichés and packs a punch with complex flavors and fresh ingredients! There are so many fun dishes like the Cowboy Chili served in a mug, the Trail Boss Burger, Chicken Fried Steak & so much more…Finish off with something sweet like butterscotch pudding, tres leches cake or chocolate mousse!
