Cris and John is one of DFW’s most talked about restaurants, and for good reason…they invented the phorrito and ramenritto! Their Vietnamese street food with a Mexican twist makes a bucket list stop in the metroplex, so we’re reminding (or introducing you) to this special spot!

WHAT WE ORDERED
We ordered the birria & dry noodles platter with your choice of dumplings, 3 birria tacos, a dry noodle bowl and a side of satay! Plus, the iconic phoritto filled with noodles was a must try!
THE PHO OR RAMEN-RRITO
A take on a burrito but instead, filled with either the contents of pho or ramen! That means you’ll enjoy rice noodles, basil, bean sprouts, jalapeno, onion, sriracha and hoisin in the pho version, and spicy ramen, house kimchi, pickled bok choy and fried shallots in the ramen version. YUM!
A FEW MORE DETAILS!
A fast-casual eatery the space is adorned with Vietnamese and Mexican decor. It’s closed on Mondays and Saturdays, and you may come across a long line but it moved fast!
