LE PASSAGE
Located in The Terminal off the Katy Trail, Le PasSage offers two totally different vibes depending on where you sit. For a breezy spring patio moment, sit outside among green and white striped seating, checkered floors, and bamboo light fixtures.
But if you’re seeking an intimate and romantic setting, their interior is lined with red walls and carpeting, and elegantly curved ceilings that make it feel like you’ve been transported across the world!
ASIAN FUSION MENU
Le PasSage is led by an impressive team led by Chef China & Hou Lam Fung, formerly of Mr Chow in Las Vegas, and Michelin-starred Chef Bruno Davaillon! Their mission is to redefine Asian cuisine by incorporating classic French techniques, resulting in a menu that is both familiar and comforting yet exciting!
Fun fact: This restaurant comes from the same hospitality group as Le Bilboquet, Georgie and Knox Bistro, so if you love those, you’ll enjoy Le PasSage too!
WHAT WE ORDERED
Their mission is to redefine Asian cuisine by incorporating classic French techniques, resulting in a menu that is both familiar and comforting yet exciting! Each dish was visually stunning, and we were consistently and pleasantly surprised as our dishes arrived throughout the whole dinner. We tried:

🥟 Eggplant Dumplings
🐠 Yellowtail Crudo
🥩 Shaking Beef
🎣 Whole Fried Snapper for 2
🥮 Chocolate Souffle with Vanilla Creme Anglaise
COCKTAILS TO TRY
Their cocktail menu is just as creative as the food! We loved the smoky, teapot-style Memoirs of a Geisha, the spicy margarita-inspired Bangkok, and their Lychee Martini is a must for lychee lovers!
WEEKEND BRUNCH
Brunch is served Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30am to 2:30pm and features housemade soufflé pancakes (which take 20 minutes but are so worth it!) and local favorites like Lubbies Bagels!
