Enrique Tomas originally opened in Barcelona 40 years ago and is now the largest purveyor of jamon aka Spanish ham, in the world! There’s over 100 locations around the world, and Dallas was its first US location! It’s an upscale, modern take on a tapas restaurant with an emphasis on really good jamon!
Well as long as you eat meat, you must start with ham of course - we recommend the Iberian Experience which serves three of its award winning cuts. We also love the manchego fondue, it’s heavenly, and any of the other classic tapas to kick off your meal: croquettes, boquerones and a Spanish omelette to name a few.
Continuing in, there’s a slew of entrees but we love to go straight for one of the many paellas ti share with the table!
Spanish cava, vermouth, sangria and more - enjoy delicious Spanish cocktails, liqueurs and wines all night long that pair perfectly with your feast of tapas! And keep a look out for happy hour as it rolls out.
