Looking for an A+ sandwich? Drive up to Patina Green in McKinney for one of the best! While there you can shop for farmhouse gifts in their staple spot on the square! We visited recently to check out some of their seasonal items and best sellers, and we were so impressed with everything from the food, to the service, to the ambiance!

PATINA GREEN

Patina Green Home and Market opened over 10 years ago and encourages community as a farm-to-table restaurant, serving the freshest foods with ingredients sourced from local vendors! Their restaurant is also a shop filled with artisan gifts and home goods!

THE FOOD

The delicious food menu is constantly changing based on what they source seasonally. We tried their seasonal roasted spaghetti squash sandwich, and it was phenomenal! We also had their delicious roasted cauliflower sandwich that was voted the best vegetarian sandwich in Big D!

Other noteworthy menu items include their ham & cheese sandwich, and their “BOB,” which stands for brisket on a biscuit and is only served on Fridays because it sells out so fast!

HOME & MARKET

Tiny succulents, flowers, pumpkin spice candles, soaps, home decor, and much more fill the space of Patina Green. As you wait for your food, wander the store and see what home accessories it has to offer. When your food is ready you can find a seat on the outside patio overlooking the downtown square, or you can find a seat inside toward the back. There you'll find a large metal heart where people can write down their favorite quotes or kind words and pin them for others to see.

Stop by between Tuesday and Saturday from 11 AM - 5 PM. But get there early before they sell out of the most popular items, and then make a day out of exploring downtown McKinney!
