Hidden beneath the historic Magnolia Oil service station in the East Quarter, Ginger's is an underground cocktail lounge that exudes moody glamour and swanky energy. Whether you’re relaxing in what Dallas Observer’s Best of Dallas 2024 calls “the comfiest bar chairs in the city,” admiring the architecture of the staircase, or sipping a perfectly stirred classic, Ginger’s feels like a secret worth sharing!

GINGER'S
Attached to the omakase concept Sushi Bar, this speakeasy-style bar can be entered from the street or through a hidden door after dinner. Designed by Jones Baker Design, the space features leather U-shaped booths along with a stunning marble-topped walnut bar and soft, dramatic lighting that sets the tone for a night out!

THOUGHTFUL COCKTAIL MENU
The drinks are thoughtful and well-executed, from refined classics to bold, spirit-forward originals. And trust us, you don’t want to skip dessert! We recommend going for a sweet treat and after-dinner drinks! We tried:
🧈 The Last Course: Rich and dessert-like with brown butter, white chocolate, and a touch of warm nutmeg
☕️ Velvet Vice: An elevated espresso cocktail with a hint of coconut, berry, and almond
🍸 Pornstar Martini: Tropical and citrusy with passionfruit
🍓 Bobbie Jean Robinson: Floral with notes of lavender, strawberry, and basil
🍨 Chocolate Chip Gelato Swirl: Classic vanilla gelato meets rich cocoa and hazelnut
🍰 Chocolate Temptation: A layered chocolate cake with creamy mousse and crunchy hazelnut
