If you’re looking for a new date night or GNO destination, we recently had dinner at Imoto in Victory Park and were reminded of what a great spot it is for fresh seafood, yummy sushi, craft cocktails and lively vibes!

Imoto
Imoto is an elevated Pan-Asian concept from 4x James Beard Award nominated Chef Kent Rathbun who is also behind Shinsei and Lovers Seafood. It’s conveniently located right in the heart of Victory Park which makes it the perfect spot for dinner and drinks before a game or concert at the AAC!
MENU
While we were there we learned that they get their fish flown in fresh from the Toyosu Fish Market in Tokyo! Everything we tried was so flavorful and not to mention the presentation of every dish was stunning!
We recommend starting with the lobster shooters, crispy Korean fried chicken, and the lobster tempura that comes served in a lobster tail. For sushi, they have a wide variety of specialty rolls and sashimi to choose from. For mains you’ll find options like wagyu, miso cod, Korean style ribs and Thai pepper salmon.
For drinks we recommend the Chunlee which is a refreshing frozen grapefruit cocktail with tajin or the Katana!
SPACE
The space has a chic and sophisticated feel with unique design elements including green suede chairs, funky wallpaper and red origami cranes hanging from the ceiling. Enjoy your meal in the dining room or take a seat at the sushi bar and watch the talented sushi chefs prepare your rolls for an interactive experience!
PRIVATE DINING
We’re always getting asked for recommendations on where to host a larger group for birthday dinners or rehearsal dinners and Imoto has a few great options! Their private dining room can seat up to 25 and their lounge can accommodate 45. Contact Paula at 469-401-7874 to book or for more details!
So tag your friends and make your plans to have a fun night out at Imoto! Thanks to Dallas Victory Park for sponsoring this post.
