Upscale Pan-Asian restaurant, Soy Cowboy, has officially landed in a prime spot at Loews Arlington! We got to attend their opening event and the drinks, food, and vibes did not disappoint!

The space features an open-concept kitchen, 3 stunning bars, a covered patio, and a huge main dining room! The Asian style decor and architecture are incredibly well done, with light-filled rooms or a moodier space for whatever your vibe is!

Enjoy dishes inspired by flavors from China, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, and more! They have a wide variety of cocktails, wine, and sake with something for everyone! Our favorites were the spicy tuna on crispy rice and the orange chicken.
