One of Dallas’ most anticipated restaurants officially opens its doors tonight, and it’s bringing a taste of the French and Italian Riviera to Uptown. Meet Mamani, the latest concept from the stellar team behind Bar Colette and Namo.

MAMANI
Mamani is the newest concept from brothers Brandon and Henry Cohanim, the duo behind James Beard-nominated Bar Colette and exceptional sushi bar Namo under their Feels Like Home Hospitality group.
To bring their vision to life, they teamed up with executive chef and partner Christopher De Lellis, who spent 13 years at Joël Robuchon in Las Vegas. The result is a spin on a “bistronomie” approach, bringing sophisticated techniques and the finest ingredients to Parisian favorites in setting that’s both gorgeous and comfortable.
P.S. The name itself is sentimental, as Mamani is what the Cohanim brothers call their grandmother.

ON THE TABLE
The approachable, something-for-everyone menu brings French and Italian Riviera inspiration to those Paris faves. Expect dishes like Dover sole with brown butter and Meyer lemon, a 22-ounce dry-aged ribeye with potato gratin, whole duck served “the Mamani way,” and housemade pastas including agnolotti with corn and chanterelles, and cavatelli with pork sausage and broccoli.
Every plate is designed to feel refined yet unfussy, making it perfect for a date night or a celebratory dinner! We ordered:
- Bread We Bake
- Croquettes
- Vitello Tonnato
- Cavatelli
- Scottish Salmon
- Paris-Brest
- Gelato
STEP INSIDE
Designed by BOS Studio, Mamani is their first standalone U.S. project, and it’s so stunning, with pastel ombré walls, marble details, stained glass, and a glossy burl-wood bar. An enclosed, air-conditioned garden terrace channels Mediterranean vibes, and with 100+ seats across the restaurant, it’s set to be the anchor of The Quad Uptown’s brand-new dining scene!
