People love to Instagram coffee shops. There’s something about the coffee cup aesthetics, brown hues or clean interiors, and cozy vibes that not only make people want to work remote there for the day, but also upload their experience to Instagram. So what coffee shops around Dallas does this hold true?
Located in the Virgin Hotel in the Design District, Funny Library Coffee Shop is full of personality! From the comfy couches to the conference table to the individual tables, this one-of-a-kind spot is perfect for meeting friends or enjoying time alone. And when you're ready for a bite to eat after your work session or catch-up, Commons Club is just down the hall waiting for you!

ASCENSION COFFEE - THE SOUND
Ascension Coffee has long been a favorite of ours, but they really took things to the next level with their newest location at The Sound at Cypress Waters! It is big, airy and bright, and decorated with boho lanterns you’d find in Tulum and a beautiful Community mural by local artist Alli Koch. Additionally, we love that visiting this stunning coffee shop allows us to explore a whole new ‘hood up north!

Magnolia Sous Le Pont is another easy one to miss. It’s located underneath a second story walk way, and would totally blend in with the area, if it wasn’t for its turquoise facade. And wow has that facade and patio circulated its way around Instagram! But walk in, and things get even more adorable, with its cozy European coffee shop vibes it aims to reproduce.

We couldn’t forget the burbs. This darling coffee shop looks like it is straight out of an editorial shoot, with its ranch-style house exterior, white walls and clean interior. P.S. it actually it also a very relaxing place to do work. Curl up in a booth and sip a coffee until it’s time to switch to wine.
HOUNDSTOOTH COFFEE -SYLVAN THIRTY
While the Houndstooth Coffee on Henderson Ave is very cute in its own right, the location that has us taking all the photos for social media is the bigger outpost located in Sylvan Thirty in West Dallas. The all-white interior, the Texas-state shape at the bottom of each coffee mug, the accordion white center piece above the coffee bar and their slogan, “The Pattern of Coffee and People,” set against a natural wrap around wood bench makes for a picturesque place for a cup of joe! P.S. this spot was recognized by Architectural Digest as the 2018 Most Beautiful Coffee Shop in Texas!
HOUNDSTOOTH COFFEE - THE HILL
Yes, Houndstooth Coffee did make this list twice, and for good reason. We love how it mixes its design and style up for each location it opens - at Sylvan Thirty, you’ll find a bright white room, while at The Hill, you’ll find a cabin-esque coffee shop. And both are equally as beautiful in our eyes. We also love the spatial design here, with the left room serving as the spot to grab your coffee and stay to enjoy the hustle and bustle, or you can sit outside in the middle and grab an insta-pic at the COFFEE sign, or you can head into the right building to find a quiet work space.
La La Land Kind Cafe, whose original location is a house off of Greenville Ave, is an adorable bright white-with-pops-of-yellow ray of sunshine for the Dallas community. Not only do they serve up delicious drinks from a matcha menu to avocado toast to a s'mores latte, they support foster care youth by employing kids who are aging out of the system and ready to find a job and enter adult life! We think it’s wonderful, and it of course helps that the all-organic cafe is perfectly instagrammable too! They recently opened two new locations on Lovers Lane and Oak Lawn, and each has a different personality perfect for the gram!

THE WEEKEND AT THE JOULE HOTEL
This swanky Downtown Dallas hotel has one of our favorite places for coffee. The Weekend is known for having some of the best, but also most expensive, coffee around town. If you feel like staying, you can sit outside the main coffee shop walls and enjoy the beautiful hotel decor - a mix of velvet, luxury and style!
OTTO’S COFFEE AND FINE FOODS
The Adolphus Hotel is one of the most instagrammable spots in Dallas so no surprise that its coffee shop made the list! A mixture between traditional and modern, dark and light, it’s a a great spot to grab coffee to go or stick around to enjoy the vibes and grab one of their many magazines to read.
