If you’re totally new to kickboxing, there are also beginner classes so you can get the movements down. If you’re not comfortable going in-person, they also offer a virtual membership through their app.
In addition to classes, the studio also has accountability and nutritional coaches to offer guidance and daily habit suggestions to further expand your wellness journey. At your first consultation, you’ll receive a FREE In-Body Scan to learn about your body’s composition including muscle mass, suggested caloric intake, the strength of your trunk, and more!
