Also known as LPE, this Canadian sports bar for neighborhood gatherings is opening in a renovated, modern farmhouse exterior version of the former Sushi Axiom space.

This famed NYC-based upscale seafood and steak restaurant will open its 8th location in Dallas. The lively 16,000 sq ft space will feature a two-level outdoor patio and private events room.

Another NYC favorite on this list is the Australian-style all-day cafe Two Hands, which first came to Texas via Austin. It will land at The Quad, with a patio racing Routh Street.

This multi-year Michelin Bib Gourmand awardee from NYC and “The Most Popular Sushi Spot in New Jersey” per FinanceBuzz, is coming to The Quad development.

THE HAMPTON SOCIAL

Chicago-based East Coast-inspired getaway concept with a “rosé all day” theme complete with all the rosé wines by the glass, rosé cocktails, frosé, and more. It will open in the former Iron Cactus space in Downtown, in 18,000 sq ft of space, with 3 levels and a members-only basement.

NOUVEAU BAR

This wildly popular Black and female-owned Atlanta spot is known for its boozy brunches, karaoke, and its signature Cajun Seafood & Grits dish, is coming to Village on the Parkway! Its Texas location will be named Nouveau Noir.

An NYC East Village mix-and-match pasta spot is coming to (Dallas’s) West Village for its 2nd location! Choose your housemade pasta and match with the sauce of your choice. Also featured on their NYC menu are affordable prix fixe brunch & dinner menus, so we hope to see those in Dallas

A coastal Greek restaurant started by a Greek immigrant in Manhattan’s Upper East Side, has now grown to an upscale destination in LA and Miami, beyond NYC, with Dallas next!

This trendy coastal Italian rooftop in Santa Monica will open in a two-story building within a half-acre park below the new 23Springs complex. We love their whipped eggplant dip!

LITTLE RUBY’S CAFE

Little Ruby’s, from the same group as Elephante, but on the other coast, will also open at 23Springs. This spot leans more casual, as an all-day Australian-inspired cafe!

This neighborhood seafood spot from Austin, which also resides in Aspen and Houston, will find a next home off the Katy Trail in a former retro office building (the one on stilts). We are excited to see what they do with the space!

A Roaring 20’s themed extravagant “supper club,” Delilah hails from Vegas. It will bring an Art Deco atmosphere and a stage with music playing at all times to Dallas next year!
