Head through the bright pink door at Alice and you’ll find a trendy 80’s esque Asian restaurant and lounge. Head beyond the main room, and you’ll find a hidden space offering karaoke! It fits a good amount of people - 34 - and can be reserved for the evening so you and your friends can have ALL the fun, privately!

PUNCH BOWL SOCIAL
After a temporary closure, Punch Bowl Social is back! When a place that has over 24,000 sq ft of space rolls in, you better hope that includes karaoke! And at Punch Bowl Social, it does! They specialize in both bowling and karaoke, with three private karaoke rooms that are on first-come first-serve basis! They rent for $35/hr for up to four people and $45/hr for up to 10 people!

ENCORE FAMILY KARAOKE MUSIC STUDIO
If you have never rented a karaoke room in Dallas’ Korea Town and sung your heart out, you are missing out on the full karaoke experience. While there are a ton of spots for karaoke in Korea Town, if you are new to the scene check out Family Karaoke Music Studio. You can rent one of their 14 rooms by the hour where you and your friends can sing as much as you want without waiting in line. Most of their karaoke rooms, which can accommodate 5 up to 26 people, also come set up with comfy couches, fun lights, tambourines, and great food and cheap drink offerings!

There are a lot of reasons to head to Uptown staple Quarter Bar: happy hour, reverse happy hour, the rooftop patio AND karaoke! Every Thursday night, you can head to the Louisiana-themed bar for karaoke that begins around 7 pm and goes until 10pm at the earliest and midnight at the latest! According to the bar, anyone can join “as long as your name is on the list.”

Twilite Lounge is a New Orleans style bar famous for their Irish Coffee, but their award winning bartenders can also craft you whatever you would like. If you’ve never had a night out to Round Up Saloon, you are doing Dallas wrong. Round Up Saloon is one of Dallas’ most beloved gay bars and also happens to be one of the best places to do Karaoke in town. Round Up opened in 1980 and has been serving up good times, country line dancing, and cheap drinks ever since! Their Karaoke happens just about every night at 9:00pm so head to Round Up Saloon and get some liquid courage before belting out your best Adele impression.

Uptown Pub is the dive bar that looks like it’s set inside a house, sitting next to West Village. We have never actually ventured inside, but those who do, love it. It’s your classic neighborhood haunt, and on Sundays, they host karaoke! It starts at 4pm and goes til 8pm.

Anju is an Asian and American cuisine concept with karaoke Thursdays! Starting at 8:00 PM, not only can you enjoy karaoke, but you can also enjoy their all night happy hour! They take reservations and walk-ins, so it's perfect whether you want to plan a night out or have a little spontaneous fun.

Barbara’s Pavilion might be one of the best places to Karaoke in town. This bar is a bit of a hike if you don’t live in Oak Cliff, but it is worth the drive. Barbara’s has a very chill, welcoming vibe and offers cheap drinks, which is really all you need to sing in front of a bunch of strangers. Check out their karaoke on either Thursday or Saturday night with their wonderful host, Dee Dee!

This local Hibachi restaurant near NorthPark is a hidden gem for special occasions, fun birthday parties, or bachelorette bases because of its hibachi offerings. But it also has a secret: KARAOKE! They have a room you can use if you have a group of at least 12, that includes a karaoke machine and screen! It’s no frills, fun! You do have to commit to at least 2 hours, so warm up those vocal chords!

5 minutes down the road from Kaze, is a 180 from a Japanese Karaoke bar. One Nostalgia or known by locals as “One Nasty,” or “Cocktails Dancing,” is a West Texas-esque dive bar, where you’ll be singing all the country songs! And what we noticed? People were actually good singers too, so this is the real deal! And if you need a break from singing, there’s shuffleboard too!
