With 120 private suites, multiple conference rooms, 4 lounge areas, fully-stocked kitchen, loading docks, and more, it’s the perfect place to relocate your small business or ecomm brand!

The over-sized and fully-stocked kitchen with a full coffee and tea bar is a total game changer and the 4 lounge spaces are designed so cool and artsy. We loved all the Dallas details and all the furniture is sourced locally!
Arguably one of the most convenient parts is the shipment center. If you’re an ecomm business and need to ship product out, there’s a full shipping center right in the warehouse so you never have to leave!
