One of our favorite places for late-night food is a Korean street food spot found in either K-Town in Dallas: off Royal Lane and in Carrollton!

Dansungsa Karaoke Bar & Korean Food

Located in K-Town, a part of Dallas near Harry Hines and 635 close to Irving and Farmers Branch, you’ll find Korean restaurants, businesses and the must-visit King Spa. The late-night restaurant serves up a range of Korean dishes in a cozy environment. They also have a location up in Carrollton featuring a karaoke bar!

DanSungSa

KOREAN TENTED PUB

DanSungSa is designed to capture the essence of a “pocha” or a Korean-tented street pub. They are known for serving street food, and being a popular stop late at night, for snacks and soju.

ATMOSPHERE

DanSungSa’s atmosphere really makes it special. Step inside a windowless dark space broken up into separated wood-paneled booths, illuminated by lanterns. Scribbled names and messages decorate every inch of the walls, and K-Pop music blasts in the background.

MENU

Enjoy a menu of traditional Korean street food, until 2am nightly! Some of our favorites include:

• Chapaguri (the noodles served in the movie Parasite)

• Any of the fried chicken dishes (but the Green Onion is 🔥)

• Bulgogi with rice

• Tuckpocky (stir-fried rice cakes)

• Kimchi fried rice

TWO SPACES

Visit the one featured here in Old K-Town off of Royal and Harry Hines or a newer, more modern version in Carrollton in New Koreatown.

KARAOKE

At the Carrollton DanSungSa, you can book private karaoke rooms! Most song choices are Korean, but there are some English song options too!
