SANJH
Sanjh, which translates to “evenings” in Hindi, draws inspiration from the tradition of evening gatherings in India. From bustling streets to serene villages, evenings across the country are a sacred time for people to come together to share a meal. Founded by Dallas entrepreneur, Sanjay Joshi, who was inspired by his travels across India, Sanjh is a tribute to the power of food and community.
THE SPACE
Neslted in the heart of Las Colinas and overlooking the water, Sanjh is a beautiful modern space decorated with neutral hues and warm brassy tones. By day, expect a light and airy experience, while by night, enjoy a warm, glowy ambiance highlighted by a stunning gold tree in the middle of the dining room.
THE MENU
Created by Chef Chadha who has worked in prestigious restaurants across India and Michelin-starred restaurants, the menu is a homage to the diverse and vibrant flavors of India. Enjoy beautiful, creative dishes that represent every region of India.
