We stopped by DH Noodles and Grill in Plano, and it was just as much of an experience as it was a meal! We loved choosing our noodles and then watching them stretch fresh dough into all kinds of shapes and sizes! Lanzhou Beef noodles is a must-try Chinese dish featuring hand-pulled noodles in a rich beefy broth, topped with chili oil, radish, and herbs. It’s delicious, affordable, and a true taste of Northwest China! Often called “China’s No.1 noodle” and is a staple of Chinese Muslim Hui cuisine!

This spot is serving up traditional Lanzhou-style hand-pulled noodles from Northwest China right here in DFW! They specialize in traditional dishes that have roots along the ancient Silk Road! Made by the Hui Muslim community using Halal meat and freshly pulled wheat noodles, these recipes have been passed down through generations!
