With summer in full swing and activities continuing to open, most summer camps are back in business! Whether it's a day camp or a week-long sleep-away camp, we've rounded up some of the best in Texas, perfect for your kids to make summer memories that will last a lifetime!
Camp Summit is for campers with disabilities, ages 6+ (no upper age limit)! They offer programming not only during the summer, but all year round! Their summer weeks are divided up by age group to allow campers to make friends with their peers. Campers can enjoy outdoor recreation opportunities while parents and caregivers can enjoy some respite.

Club SciKidz it every STEM kids dream! They offer day camps of a variety of activities, including Minecraft, Lego Robotics, Video Game Factory, Coding, science topics and so many more. Camps are broken into Pre-k - Kindergarten, 1st-3rd grades and 4th-7th grades.

Sky Ranch is a Christian day & summer camp for grades K-12 in Texas & Colorado. They have a large variety of outdoor activities from zip lining to horseback riding to kayaking. Their over 30 activities are sure to create lasting memories for your kids!

RIVER LEGACY LIVING SCIENCE CENTER
Here, your Pre-K - 8th grade kids can get hands-on & minds-on summer classes and explore the natural world. Each of the interactive classes offers lessons about wildlife, ecology and the environment in Texas.

Pine Cove is a Christ-centered overnight camp located in Tyler & Columbus, Texas for 2nd – 12th graders. The camp offers a variety of outdoor activities, including horseback riding, wake boarding, zip lining, and you can't forget the theme nights and their most notable Blob. One of us grew up going to camp here and highly recommends it.

FRONTIER OF FLIGHT MUSEUM
Weeklong summer camps at this museum feature educational tours, games, creative projects, investigations, and more, for kids entering grades 1-10. They host aviation and space themed camps, so kids can choose one or both! They also have a virtual option for camp, so no one is left out.

Camp Thurman is a nonprofit ministry-minded day & night camps for grades K-6 in Pantego, Texas. They offer a large variety of outdoor activities with each camp. Their location is a 'sanctuary in a city,' as they are located in 14 acres of trees with rope elements, pools and many other outdoor activities.

SPANISH WORLD SCHOOL
What used to called Spanish House, Spanish World School is an elementary school that offers week-long on-campus summer camps for a Spanish-immersion environment. The camps are for 1st - 5th graders and include art, sport and academic activities.

Made to empower girls, trans, and gender-expansive individuals through music education. The camp offers guitar, bass, keyboard, & vocal training for campers to form bands & learn how to write original music.

THE CRAFT GUILD
The Craft Guild is a non-profit dedicated to instructing arts and crafts. They offer classes for drawing and painting, bookbinding, metalsmithing, glass, pottery and more! Their offer smaller classes for age groups 5-7, 8-12, 13-18 year olds and large group classes for 8-18 year olds.
