Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, also known as AANHPI Heritage Month, takes place every year in May! It's a month to honor the history and contributions of AANHPI Americans to our country. Ginger Roots: Day at the Crow Museum

Join the Dallas Asian American Art Collective for a culturally enriching day at the Crow Museum! Enjoy docent-led tours of exhibitions from 1pm to 4pm, a matcha workshop by The Boba Plug from 3pm to 4:30pm, and a screening of a short film and panel discussion from 8pm to 9:30pm!

Head to this lively Downtown district for live performances, food specials, and an eclectic mix of beats by our live DJ. Stick around after the festival for Movies on the Lawn, featuring Moana 2 on the 104-foot media wall. Bring your own blankets and chairs for the movie!

Digging In: How Food, Culture, and Class Shape the Story of Asian Dallas

Join the Fulbright Association-Dallas Chapter for an enriching evening of oral history! The exhibition will feature interviews by Dr. Betsy Brody, a researcher specializing in immigrant and refugee experiences, and photographs by Thanin Viriyaki, a beloved photographer in the Dallas Asian food scene. Attendees will learn how Asian restaurants and food markets have shaped, and been shaped by, the Asian immigrant experience in Dallas!

Asia Times Square Asian Heritage Fest

Asian Mint Cooking Class


Thai Cooking Classes With Chef Nikky

Travel and taste through the flavors of Northeastern Thailand with Chef Nikky of Asian Mint! Central Market Cooking School is hosting two classes – one in Dallas and one in Plano. Race to Replace Hate

Run or walk a 5k to celebrate and support the diverse heritage of the AANHPI Community! The symbolic race invites DFW community members of all ages to run for love, community, and culture. There will be cash prizes for top finishers, and all racers will be entered into a raffle for tickets and jerseys to the Texas Rangers Asian Heritage Night Game.
